Its very touch sensitive if it flips over it pings over and over and over very thoughtful in letting your lovedones know that they are on your mind but thats extremely way to much. its hard to take off and put on with chubby fingers if its to tight it swells hand up. if it had like a magnetic clasp or snap button bracelet it would be 5 stars all day they are very accommodating and willing to make things right that deserves 5 stars

I bought this bracelet for my boyfriend and I, they are very cute but that’s really the only quality. In theory it’s so worth the money but half the time the bracelets don’t work, then they do and then not again. It only works and sometimes not if you are right by your phone and half the time the bracelet doesn’t buzz just the phone notification. At this point just text. It’s free instead of wasting all this money. Really your paying for the packaging.

Originally I bought these and one of them didn't really work, it made her happy and that was enough for me to leave it at that.I left a review of my experience and was reached out to by the company and they sent me a free replacement and apologized for the factory defect.I'm updating my review as the quick response, shipping time, and good quality of the company paired with the fact the new bracelets work very well is a refreshing experience.

Honestly a cool little bracelet that is small and compact, charger is a little bulky but the battery life is so good you don't need to charge it for a few days. We use the bracelet as a way of communication and it works flawlessly if you have the right Internet connection. When connecting to networks you have to be mindful that sometimes you might not receive the buzz if you are connected. I usually avoid this problem by using my data but sometimes you can't help it. One big problem that I find troubling with this device is the adjustable clip, It is a huge pain to remove and put on. So be warry. The software is good, I like it a lot but there is a feature for some reason they don't let you have, the menstrual reminder, you have to purchase a necklace to use it for some reason. Other than that I recommend it if you have the cash to throw at it, this is defiantly a great gift and I would recommend it for couples that work all day or has classes. Mine has been pretty durable, I workout and mine still looks new. The tap only does one command and its the missing you, I've tried triple tapping and all that but it doesn't work. If you want to send anything else you are forced to use the app. Support takes a little to respond too so expect to wait a little if you have any questions. Also something I found annoying is that it loves to flip over on my wrist and buzz my Girlfriend at least 8 times, So I have adjusted to wearing it on my sleeve but it is hard to tighten the bracelet because of how hard it is to get on.

You need a registered number to pair each with. It says you can use it on any devices Bluetooth with the app downloaded, after registration. However, we found that the device it's registered to (with the active number) has to be within a certain, short, distance of the bracelet, or it loses connection with the app on all other devices. I got it so my 9 yr old could take for separation anxiety, to school, instead of calling me when he suffers an attack. Great idea. However, it runs off the phones registered number, and his phone only has the app. So, it loses connection to the app once away from the phone with the registered numbers connection.It's a cute idea for couples with active numbers that Carry there phones everywhere with them. However, I sometimes also walk away from my phone and it lost connection with the app once a few feet away. Also, material seems a little cheap. Might not have lasted too long. Like a light metal or heavy plastic-ish feel. There are attractive tho. Probably not worth the price.

If you’re looking for something easy to use, this isn’t it. Make sure you and your partner are nowhere near each when setting up. One bracelet would only connect at a time. Tried 2 different phones. You also can’t clear your Totwoo app. How you would most apps. It completely disconnects your bracelet and has to be set back up. Not worth the hassle for the price honestly not at all what I expected or does what it says in the name title.

They are pretty, but the clasp is hard to get on and off. I also thought the braclet would light up, but it just sent a text message. Not worth the price.
