Yes, but the dividers are narrow. The KVV bag I purchased only had four dividers. Also I would recommend you buy the club tubes, they make it easier to remove the clubs from the bag..

How much does the bag actually weigh?

Not much. I’m sorry but I did not weigh it. I’m old and can’t lift much but I was surprised how light it actually was. I know it’s not a number. Sorry.
