Bathroom Use, Use it all the time
Perfect addition to the bathroom in a one bed flat where space is a premium. Dry clothes naturally by hanging them from the line using coat hangers. Great use it all the time every day.

Do this first!
This is the second one we have bought, the old one lasted 11 years so can't really complain. The trick to make it last longer, when you pull the cords out to connect to the oppisite wall roll the cords around the plastic holder 2 or 3 times, otherwise you are relying on a tiny weak hoop of plastic to hold the cord in place and the first time you pull a little too hard on your clothes it will break. We have had a few strings break over the years but with knotting and winding them up again we were able to repair them.I use it all the time and can fit about 3 washing machine loads on it, including heavy bath sheets, bed sheets etc.The old one broke due to plastic going brittle and the winding rod in the holder shattered but after 11 years of heavy use I feel we've had our money's worth. (Plastic roof in the room it was used so got a lot of sun).It is easy to fit and retract if needed, we leave it up most of the time.

fantastic product
I have had one of these all my married life. They are the most useful thing in my whole house. It is nonintrusive. I can put it away when not in use. Saves money on tumble dryer. I can rinse out a few things in the bathroom and hang it to drip overnight. Cant speak highly enough for these. You can hang one in a shed or garage. Mine is above my bath. Brilliant useful thing.

Good product , rubbish fixings
Thought I'd write this and add a few pics to highlight a generic fault that most manufacturers do when making a product.Basically this is a half decent indoor clothes line and not the cheapest either, but for whatever reason the manufacture has seen fit to include the cheapest nastiest fixings (see pics, the metal plasterboard fixings are what I've actually used, white ones are as supplied) they can get away with. This may seem petty but it turns a ten min job into an hours job to get it mounted and working.I don't blame the supplier, they delivered on time and without hassle.Just a beware if your not DIY minded or don't have a ready supply of alternatives as I do .

Cheap, cheerful, works but for how long?
For the price you really can't go wrong! It's working so far!I have mine out permanently in the "laundry room" so I don't really know what it's like to use pulling it in and out all the time.Fairly simple to install, however the template for the holes is upside down! So double check this before you make any holes in your walls!

Manufacturers and suppliers really need to be accurate when listing dimensions.
The problem began with the erroneous dimensions on the product listing. Not only erroneous, but also contradictory. How can an item be both 'Durable plastic casing, size: 39 x 6 x 7 cm', as detailed next to the picture of the product at the top left hand side of the page, AND (further down the page) under technical details and item dimensions - 2 listings, be described as being Product Dimensions 28 x 28 x 18 cm.To add insult to injury, NEITHER of these is correct!I already have (and have had for some years) and installed Wall Mounted Indoor Outdoor, 5 line with the exact 'Durable plastic casing, size: 39 x 6 x 7 cm', dimensions, which I measured, before ordering this replacement - it has suddenly got irretrievably saggy after having a major line foul up inside the casing . As this was drilled into my bathroom tiling, I've obviously needed to find the exact item, in order to just refit a new version - simple. So this arrived this morning and blasted Metaltex have made this identical seeming item (from description) approximately 5 cms shorter. Not 39 cms at all. So it does not fit any of the existing drilled places, and would leave unsightly holes in the tiles if redrilledImmediately instigated return to Amazon for refund (which is being honoured as it is due to a fault by I assume Metaltex, for appending an old set of measurements to an (irony at no doubt meaningless marketing puffery) 'new, improved version'Sometimes, I think product designers justify their salaries by making small, annoying tweaks in measurements - I've been through this scenario with other products which have been fitted for a precise space, but cannot then be refitted into that space by trying to replace with the same item a few years later

It's a bit crap
Had a similar one years ago, but this one is a bit crappy. Easy enough to put up but the lines don't all tighten and it feels cheap.
