This product saved my life. I am 56 years old and still have my menstrual. Yes I know when will it stop. it arrived here roasting hot in a plastic bottle. Instructions say keep at room temperature but it was not shipped insulated. No returns are allowed even though it was poorly shipped. Buyer beware

The 1st purchase worked like a champ in 4 days. This last bottle hasnt. I've gone through the whole bottle with recommended dosage with no relief unfortunately. Maybe a bad batch?
