I just ordered these chairs and the side table does fold down now

Q: We bought 2 of these and received boxes marked r128 - b6blu. the little tables on the side do not fold down. there was no hinge kit. wrong boxes?

It is disappointing but the tables do not fold down. We only attached 1 table and place it in the middle of both loungers
