Incredible Immersive Experience – Perfect for Gaming and Productivity!
I’ve been using the Acer Nitro 34" XZ342CU Sbmiipphx for a few weeks now, and it’s hands down one of the best monitors I’ve ever owned. From the moment I powered it on, the 3440 x 1440 QHD resolution and 1500R curved screen delivered an ultra-immersive experience—ideal for both high-paced gaming and multitasking workflows.Gaming is buttery smooth thanks to the 165Hz refresh rate and 1ms VRB response time. No ghosting, no tearing—just fluid visuals that make a real difference in competitive play. The AMD FreeSync Premium support ensures a stutter-free experience, especially in fast FPS and racing games. The ZeroFrame design makes it sleek and modern, and the generous port selection (2 x DisplayPort 1.4, 2 x HDMI 2.0) offers great flexibility for multiple device connections. If you’re looking for a high-performance ultrawide monitor that balances style, speed, and clarity, this is a no-brainer purchase. Highly recommended!

Amazing monitor! Just not for *me*!
I love this monitor. The colors, the sharpness, the everything. The packaging was nice and secure, and the setup was easy. I was afraid the stand wouldn't be strong enough to support the monitor, but it's a very high-quality metal rod. The setup was easy as well! This is just my preference, but I actually prefer a 16:9 aspect ratio over 21:9... not that I didn't know what I was getting into when ordering an ultrawide. I wanted to experience having one, and I am very glad I did! It's good for cinematic viewing and productivity. Not so much for FPS gaming. It feels overwhelming for me.Besides that, it's a very pretty monitor, and I'm happy to at least get the experience of having one. I will be gifting this to my mom, so she won't be stuck with two outdated square monitors anymore. ❤️Overall, 5 out of 5 stars!

Great monitor awesome price
This monitor has amazing picture quality. The contrast and colors are amazing, deep blacks bright whites. VA monitors are known for screen tearing in games, but I get no tearing at 144+ fps. The quality compared to my 500$ 2k is monitor is night and day better with this. The curve is gradual and looks great. Not just great for gaming, but works great for bideo editing and photoshop with an amazing contrast and color scale. A great buy.

Amazing quality for an incredible price.
I finally made the jump from a standard 16:9 1080p to the 21:9 1440p QHD. I spent a couple weeks weighing options, watching product demos, learning the differences between VA panels, and IPS panels, etc. After all of that I decided to go with this monitor and I couldn’t be happier with the decision.I’ve always been a fan of Acer displays, and this ultrawide has made me continue to love the brand. The contrast is great - much deeper blacks that my previous display. Fast pixel response time, high refresh rate, and very minimal bezel. I also have not noticed a single dead pixel, nor have I seen any back-light bleed or blotchiness. For a VA display, this is probably the best deal you can find. The only step up would be to go IPS, or OLED, but either option would result in either twice or three times the cost for, in my opinion, minimal increases in quality.

The monitor itsels great but lacks features
Simply cant be 5 sars, i was surprised to start theres no remote but to top it off theres not even a small LED or anything to tell you if the powers on/off getting power, signal ect. Its a real pita. You have to hit the button, sit there and wait going "ok is it on, off, getting a signal who knows" It honestly deserves 3 because it might sound like a small issue but after about the tenth time hitting the button not knoww its gets annoying. I actually leave my pc on now if its going to be only a few hours or so because i dont want to deal with it. All previous monitors and tvs ive ever had auto started with the pc. This doesnt nor is it easy to turn on.

Beautiful, but buy a mount
This monitor is great. Display is crisp, but as others pointed out, it does drown out a bit in bright natural lighting. For gaming in a darker room, though, it’s stunning. Supports HDR, but I think it actually looked worse, so I turned it off. Maybe I’ll play with that more later and see if I can work it out. My only complaint about it (which some may actually like) is that the stand it comes with is really high. Bottom of the bezel is nearly 8” from the desk. Feels like I’m looking up at it… like sitting in the front row at the movies. Easily fixed with a new mount, though. Don’t let this little issue stop you, though, this monitor really is great.

Love it
Love it. It’s so nice to have one big screen instead of going between 3.

Cheap trash; Freesync is completely unusable, has bad burn-in
This is effectively a scam at the price given, and unfortunately it is very hard to determine the model of panel in a monitor before buying it, due to lack of official specs or detailed reviews. This appears to use a samsung-manufactured panel that is notorious for being garbage; it does not correctly handle voltage changes when adjusting refresh rate when freesync is enabled, which causes the panel to rapidly strobe like a dying lightbulb in any game with any framerate variance at all, and even on some desktop use. This understandably defeats the entire purpose of having freesync. There is also bad burn-in visible from any persistent UI elements like the windows taskbar, which seems to be permanent, persisting without any fading after 6+ months
