I recently purchased this AC and had it installed on May 7, 2025. So far, it has been working exceptionally well, and the cooling performance is excellent. Considering this, I decided to go with this Indian company, and I am very happy with my choice. The installation was done by the brand, and the technician, Ajay, was highly professional and completed the work efficiently.Here are some important points to keep in mind when purchasing and installing this AC:Always have the product unboxed by the brand’s installation team and record a video while opening the box. If anything is missing or damaged, you can use the video as proof to request a replacement.When installing the outdoor unit, try to place it under a covered area (avoiding direct sunlight and rain exposure). This will help maintain the cooling efficiency and prolong the AC’s lifespan.Ensure that the brand’s installation team performs vacuuming. This step is crucial as it removes external air and moisture from the copper pipe before the AC starts. If not done properly, these elements can mix with the refrigerant gas, reducing cooling efficiency and causing operational issues. Vacuuming is included as part of the installation process and should be free of charge.Keep the indoor and outdoor units within a 3-meter distance to avoid additional charges for extra copper piping, which can be costly.Read the instruction manual carefully and follow the guidelines to maximize the AC’s lifespan. Additionally, consider researching online—many helpful videos are available on platforms like YouTube.Overall, I am very satisfied with this purchase and installation.
