Great for the price
I think the taste is great. Better than other electrolytes I’ve tasted. Good pricing too.

Good
After a week with it- I like it! It has its own taste. It’s good though. Like a sweet tat.

From someone that uses this daily, it's a good product.
Just finished my first container. I was having muscle cramps after workouts and this alleviated the issues. I mix one scoop with 40oz of water and the flavor is still great, doesn't taste watered down. The ingredients seem clean and I haven't had any bad side effects.

Perfect if looking for a high sodium supplement
I am currently on a keto diet and need to supplement my sodium to replace sodium removed from my diet due to cutting way back on carbs. The taste is decent considering it’s high sodium.

My favorite hydration powder!
Before using Ballast, I was using LMNT. Ballast is a lot more affordable for pretty much the same thing. I use it during my workouts and it keeps me hydrated. It's clean and does what it's supposed to. I love this product!

It’s just sodium!
Don’t waste your money. Tastes bad, it’s a “no return” item. Do more research. Get an actual electrolyte drink, maybe one with some aminos.

Epic Taste and Hydration
I’d just completed half of my tasks when Amazon notified me that my order of Ballast had arrived on time. Tired and dehydrated from slaying lions, hydras, and birds (to say nothing of capturing a hind and a boar), I was near exhaustion from the labor of cleaning stables. With one surprisingly tasty serving of Ballast Citrus Lime, I imbibed the the sodium, magnesium, potassium, and other needed electrolytes without taking in any sugar, dyes, nor any impurities that would threaten my final labors. Thus reinvigorated, and amongst other labors, I captured a bull, stole some golden apples, and caught a three-headed dog.Verily, amongst the drinks of gods and men I can recommend no other beverage so highly as I commend to you this elixir.5/5

Too stevia-sweet for me, but great price
I really, REALLY wanted to like this because of the price point, because it actually has enough sodium, and I love that the individual packets are basically the same price. I have POTS and need 6 - 12 full grams of sodium a day, which gets expensive if you want your water to taste good.Sadly, I simply can't get past the strong stevia aftertaste. Even diluted to 32oz, this stuff is REALLY sweet, like pop. IMO citrus flavor doesn't need to be that sweet to be pleasant (thinking of regular lemon water, lime Bubly, etc.). I tried it with fridge-cold water, but not ice-cold. Sadly I'm gonna have to go back to a brand with less sweetener. I know covering the taste of that much salt is difficult, but it'd be great if they came out with a "lite" version or something for people who want a more subtle, less soda-like flavor and don't mind the salt as much (since you can't really avoid it at this level of hydration).
