It does not repair cavities like it says. It does not slow them down either. + It tastes like Cajun seasoning

I love this toothpaste. I was looking for something to restore my enamel. It’s got a pleasant flavor and my teeth feel a lot cleaner.

This is freaking horrible...the first time I brushed with it I thought maybe it's me....smells like my dogs toothpaste...and I hit sick...I waited a couple of days and vomited after the next brush....WTH???

The toothpaste taste like an overly spice roast beef. They are cagey When asked about the kind of hydroxyapatite used in a toothpaste as well as the percentage of the hydroxy appetite. If it’s not nano hydroxyapatite, then I can’t recommend it. Also, if it’s not 10% by volume, I cannot recommend.For the price charged, $20, to use an old phrase. The juice ain’t worth the squeeze if it doesn’t fit my needs.

Seriously, i was genuinely skeptical but it has actually removed surface level cavities from mine and my partners teeth. We were just looking for a way to mitigate damage till we could afford a dentist… Works better than I could have hoped.
