It works pretty good. The bolts you use to tighten the gun into place should be a wing style bolt head instead of a rounded bolt head with groves. The gun would be held in position tighter and will not move when using.

It helps to target the muscle in my back that the Physical Therapist was able to work on but prior to purchasing this holder I could not. That’s the five star review. After two days of use it has already visibly damaged my massage gun. The padding used to hold the gun in place is about as thin as electrician’s tape. It is already lost its bond and started to peal. To protect the massage gun it needs to be much thicker. Maybe 1/4” or greater, it wouldn’t cost much and it would make for a much better product. Or a slight design change or in the holder so it looks more like a “U” shape would lessen the gun from turning off in the holder. Or possibly something as simple as an adapter to accommodate different handles. Bob and Brad is not a cheap gun and I am extremely disappointed in the damage done to it after only two days of use. For that I give it a one star review.

This works exactly as it is designed. It is very easy to take on and off the door frame. Only complaint is how awkward it is to take out my massager. That could have been better in the design.

If you have a theragun this is not the product.. it does not grip well on the wall, after 2 uses and tightened extremely it slips from the wall and gun mount. The rubber padding (cheap) curled up as it slipped losing its adhesive and becoming worthless.. to repair..I tried using an extra strength mounting tape with a scotch rubber adhesive grip pad to replace the cheap stuff, but that lasted about 3 days.. waste of money..
