This recliner arrived today. I was looking for something sturdy and solid that would not overwhelm a room or swallow me when I sat in it. The heat and massage features got terrible reviews but that was less important to me than being able to sit comfortably with my back straight and legs perpendicular to assist with circulation. Based on the reviews, I was concerned that the chair might be too small. My chair must be made totally differently from those reviewers chairs because this one is incredible! It was delivered very quickly - ordered Sunday night, delivered Thursday morning by FedEx. I'm a 72 year old female at 150 pounds, it weighed 82 pounds, so I just opened the box on the back porch where it was delivered and removed it from the box in sections. It is well engineered for quick assembly by myself! Very solid and sturdy. Then I sat in it. OMG! Incredibly comfortable! I'm 5'5" and my feet are a couple inches above the floor, but by sitting straight against the back with legs extended it is perfect. I am in love with the additional features! The massage offers different options with Hi and Low settings. The Low setting is most comfortable for me. Heat is available on the lumbar area with or without the massage feature, and fits my lower back perfectly! I'm not crazy about the color, it's more of a dark taupe than a (caramel color) camel, but I love this chair! I highly recommend it!

I bought 2 chairs...last March (2024) and honestly.... They are extremely comfy, an fit my area well... When I received 1 of them... I had an issue with the heat and massAge not working ...I contacted the seller for a new motor ..an they shipped me a whole new chair .. so I ended up with 3 all together .. I didn't have any issues with the seller...an I use my chairs everyday...an love them... I wanted to use them for a little while B4 I wrote a review on them due to all the bad comments... For the price I paid ..I can't complain...

I thought these recliners would be perfect. The measurements listed in the pictures are totally deceptive!When you receive the recliner, it is in pieces .. seat/bottom, 2 arm rest cushions and the back. If you measure each piece while unassembled the measurements are correct. The problem is that when you assemble the pieces the overall measurements are SUBSTANTIALLY SMALLER. Basically if you are skinny and under 5'5" this recliner is perfect for you!Then there was the return nightmare. It's advertised as being eligible for Amazon standard 30 day return policy but you have to deal with the 3rd party seller directly. So I did because I wanted to return them asap for 2 reasons:1. They were way to small as described above.2. They shipped the wrong color. I ordered brown and received gray.Their Customer Service was very prompt with all replies over the several days we communicated. I just didn't like their replies. They wanted me to pay to ship them back. I reminded them they advertise the Amazon 30 day return policy. They wanted me to assemble and take pictures of proof that the measurements were wrong. No that's their problem. I did send them pictures of the wrong color but they never did admit it. I had to insist several times that they issue a pre-paid shipping label and have them picked up from my home since that's where they delivered them. But in the end they did do the right thing and give me prepaid labels and had FedEx pick them up.They really do look like a very nice recliner for a very good price. You just have to be short and skinny!

Beautiful recliner! Love the color and it is so comfortable. We are planning on buying another one soon! Fast delivery.

First, I live in an apartment complex. FedEx dropped it NOT at my door, but like 5 feet away and just left it there...did not ring the doorbell or knock on the door. If I didn't have ring doorbell I may not have known I had a shipment until 3 hours later when they updated with Amazon and by that time my chair could have been stolen. So "great" job FedEx!The chair itself was easy to put together. It may have taken 10 minutes at most. Unboxing was easy but took a little time. The box was very secure and they packed the chair with an abundance of caution.The material is very nice and soft, but sitting in the chair was disappointing. It feels like I'm sitting directly on wood. The message mode feels good but I can barely feel the heat on my back, which is one of the main reasons I purchased the chair.I'll see if it loosens over time and use. If so, I will update. At the moment, it's ok at best.

Great for the price super easy to put together and pretty comfortable.

The vibrations are strong, but don’t really “massage” anything. I’d think it helps with blood flow more than a standard recliner. The heating option is great, not too hot. Overall satisfied with the purchase given the price. Very comfortable. Easy to clean (I use a steam cleaner). Color is better than I thought it would be. Easy to assemble- maybe have an extra person for weight purposes though.

The chairs were purchased as gifts for 2 family members. Both are very nice looking, gorgeous colors, easy to assemble and have great features. They're a bit smaller than we anticipated. I'll edit this review over time to let shoppers know how they hold up.Delivery was earlier than expected which was nice. Each chair came in their own box and assembly took just a few minutes.FedEx delivered them. Instead of leaving them on the porch, the driver dragged them from the truck and up the sidewalk. And that's where they were left. We were able to retrieve them just before the rain came. My review score does not reflect this. I'll contact FedEx directly on this matter.
