Best steamer within its category
Never had any issues with this steamer and have used it for some time now on a regular basis. What I would say is if you're in the UK, as I am you will need an adapter. That aside it's worth the wee bit extra.

Not happy
The media could not be loaded. Not ready for the UK plug, you need to spend extra £12 for an adapter.Shipping is very slow!
