We lost our dog for three days. It was an awful experience to go through. We had an air-tag on our dog. However, apple air-tag did not give us real-time data; we only got updates every 3-8 hours depending if she was near wifi/phone. So we had no idea if the location of the air-tag was real or 8 hours old. I recently purchased the Tractive Pet GPS tracker for my adventurous dog, and it's been a total game changer. The real-time tracking is impressively accurate, giving me peace of mind knowing exactly where my dog is at all times. It's easy to use, durable, and the virtual fence feature is fantastic. Highly recommend this to any pet owner!

Attached using rubber strap which comes off. Had to search for device. Zip ties solved that problem. Does not work under trees at all. So USELESS to me. Please Tractive, give me a full refund NOW! Including the service contract. Your device is useless to me! Buyer beware! Do not sign up for this service since it very well may not work at all for you.

I lost my cat immediately after putting this tracker on her. It’s not accurate at all. On top of that I paid $220 for a two year subscription which I canceled, but was still charged the $220. Don’t waste your money.

I bought the product to track my dogs. It’s always off line. The GPS feature totally sucks. I would not recommend
