SAFREL Calcium Magnesium Zinc with Vitamin D3 combines several essential minerals and a vitamin in 1 tablet. The tablet is odorless and fairly thick, but you've probably swallowed larger ones! The recommended daily serving of 3 tablets can be adjusted down; consult your doctor, if desired. It should be noted that zinc will aid your immune system; during a cold, however, zinc lozenges are more effective in shortening the duration/severity. Vitamin D3 aids in the absorption/effectiveness of calcium, which helps your bones. Magnesium aids with several bodily functions. This product has not been independently tested by a 3rd party. Otherwise, it seems to be a relatively easy and cost-effective way to provided these essential ingredients to your body; 300 tablets are included.
