DM18M Battery Adapter Compatible for Dewalt 18v-20v & for Milwaukee 18v M18 Lithium Batteries, Work Compatible with Makita 18v Cordless Power Tools, with USB Output Port

This battery is a must have gadget if you have a lot of dewalt batteries and ONE makita tools. The attachment fit perfectly and it not much to putting the thing together. Hooked up the dewalt batteries on one side and popped it into the makita tools and turn on the tool and it runs.

The media could not be loaded. First off this thing fits good perfect no problems like others I've had before where they don't want to slide together or come back apart. Doesn't seem to cause any unnecessary drain on the battery so the battery life is still good. It works well it doesn't cut out and it operates every time I use it. It seems to be made with decent materials as far as internals. Some people don't like these because it adds too much bulk to their guns but in my case where I use it around the house I can use a smaller dewalt battery on my 14-year-old Makita driver. I will update if I have any issues with the attachment itself. I've told other people that I work with and I will recommend it to my friends and family.

The media could not be loaded. Works as advertised. Very versatile. I have more milwaukee and dewalt batteries than makita I mainly bought it to use on my chainsaw. It did the trick with out interfering or adding considerable weight.

Fit my Makita tools perfectly with an M18 Milwaukee battery. Now I can use one battery platform for all my non-Milwaukee tools.

Wow, this little thing saved me a bunch of money. First of all I really like my Makita string trimmer. But, my primary cordless tool platform is DeWalt. While the 4.0 AH battery that came with the string trimmer holds up reasonably well, there are times I’d like to trim a little longer and in heavier cover. This adapter gives me that opportunity. It adds little to no extra weight and adapts the DeWalt 20 volt max batteries perfectly. I’m very impressed!

Will not work on a makita radio. I tried to use a variety of Milwaukee batteries along with a variety of Dewalt batteries and none of them worked.

A simple, passive device that connects securely to a DeWalt battery and presents a Makita battery output for tools that need a Makita battery. I'm using it with a portable soldering station, and it works fine. It is , about the same size as a DeWalt 20V 30Wh battery. While tool manufacturers should standardize on a single battery design (preferably on the design of a battery I already own), in the meantime, an adapter like this really opens up the possibility of which tools I can buy.
