Lake Placid Cascade Women's Figure Ice Skate

I haven't skated in 30 years. Super good support. I'm not a professional skater. Im just a mom and grandma who wanted to skate with my grandkids on a large pond.

My daughter‘s first set of skates and they did the job perfectly. She loves them.

I believe they need to be sharpened and fit well very flexible good for starters to get comfortable going bare or getting actually figure skating socks helps.

This is a basic skate but in all the right ways. Provides support and comfort to learn how to skate. I always recommend with any skate to wear above the ankle socks so the foot has good support and in these you will definitely need to wear a long thick sock for cushion since it is not fleece lined. Overall a great skate for the price!

There is a large bolt just where the heel's weight sits. This is uncomfortable.

I bought them for an intermediate skater. No fancy footwork. Skates twice a week during the winter season. These are comfortable and supportive. They do have to be sharpened before use but they're staying sharp still a month later.

They came Thursday was expected to come Monday. The ups driver ring my bell and still came.upstairs. he didn't just throw it in the hall or on the floor in front of my door without even a knock like amazon drivers do. Awesome.
