I bought this to replace my 6-year-old MacBook Pro, which had seen some pretty heavy use over the years for both work and personal tasks. That machine held up well, with solid battery life and overall great performance, but naturally, things started to wear down with time.I decided to stick with what I know and love—another MacBook Pro, this time with the Touch Bar. I know the Touch Bar isn't for everyone, but I actually really enjoy its versatility. With apps like BetterTouchTool, you can customize it with useful buttons, clocks, emojis, and other quick-access controls that genuinely enhance productivity.The built-in M1 chip paired with 8GB of RAM has been more than enough for everything I do, from work-related tasks to personal use. It runs incredibly smoothly and, unlike some of my older Macs, this one stays cool no matter what I'm doing—even when multitasking or running heavier applications.Overall, this new MacBook has been a reliable upgrade and a worthy successor to my previous machine.

The laptop is great. However they sent me the wrong chord to my laptop. They have now twice tried to send me the correct chord to charge my laptop and I still haven’t received it. It’s been almost 2 months.

Just opened it and I must say I’m amazed initially. Wasn’t sure about amazon refurbished as I’ve seen not so good returns online but from the time I ordered it the package was on my step in three days and even came in a sealed up apple refurbished box seemingly straight from apple. The device was without a single knick and when I read that “excellent” condition tend to have a minimum of at least 80% of its battery health and to my surprise I opened to a complete 100%. The device was seemingly brand new upon a detailed look and with the price of just a little over $1,000 when a brand new pro w/ 512gb on apple is $1,300 I must say I think I’m walking out of this with a major steal.

Realmente antes de hacer la compra tenía mucha incertidumbre por adquirir un artículo que indicara que fue reacondicionado, esto porque nunca lo había hecho, soy de Costa Rica y aquí el tema de costos por traslados y nacionalización de productos es sumamente costoso, he quedado sorprendido ya que la MacBook Pro M2 512gb está prácticamente nueva, no tiene ni un solo rasguño, 100% de batería, el número de serie no indica que haya sido modificado y se entregó con anticipación de acuerdo la fecha indicada. Realmente de momento me encuentro satisfecho

Like brand new and works perfectly, battery life is super long and screen is a decent size. Runs quickly and is good for me when editing photos and videos
