These came packed fresh and secure. They tasted as though they came from a specialty shop. Definitely worth the money.

Looks like truffle, but tastes like nothing. It is a summer truffle and in oil after all. Worth it for a garnish, but that’s about all it’s good for.

I wanted to try a truffled potato recipe for a pot luck dinner party and living in a rural area, no store would carry such an item. My friends raved about the potatoes, so I guess these are good truffles. I don’t know. I liked the potatoes also!

I wanted to make my husband a special dinner. I paired this truffle with cream, clarified shallots, salt and fresh ground pepper to make a simple cream sauce for porcini raviolo and to have a spoon over a fillet mignon steak. It was superb! I highly recommend these truffles as they're already minced and have a wonderful truffle flavor and texture.

Zero flavor or smell. A complete waste of money.

I decided to try this truffle brand, and it literally did not have any taste didn’t taste. Maybe it was a bad batch.
