Works perfectly. Just what I've been looking for.

I bought this for my daughter when she opened it it was a 2018 calendar why on earth would you sell outdated calendar. Not happy at all with this product. I give it a 0 score and past due the return date so I am out all that money for a out of date calendar and it does not even come with the smart pen.

Moleskine hard cover notebooks have a great feel to them and this one is no exception. Its sturdy has a great feel and is a good travel size. The pages in this notebook have the "smart" n-code technology printed on to them. I was and am really excited by the merging of two things that I absolutely love; the magic of technology and a tactile experience with paper and pen. Now would I say this is perfect? No. But I really think it has potential. I've used the Echo smartpen in the past and it was good for reviewing my hand notes and voice recording in one unit but it didn't do what you can do with this SMART PLANNER which is sync your real paper planner to an electronic version with out having to input everything twice. You just write it in this planner with the "smart pen" and voila its also in your google calendar/outlook calendar. The reason I took off one star is that it takes a couple of seconds to "sync" when you're doing it live and I accidentally created a couple of "blank" events in my electronic calendar. Other than that it does what it says. Be aware though that this planner is for 2018 and its already the end of September so you only have a few months to use it. There are some blank lined notes pages for notes though and that is not time sensitive.

As another viewer wrote, no pen came with with it. Pages protrude beyond the cover on three sides, not great for banging around in a satchel.Packaging allowed pages to be bent on right top and bottom. I am returning it for the classic model.

Awesome product but no sign of pen+ smart so useless. Pens appear ridiciously overpriced. Pretty disappointing!!!!

The planner did not sync with the smart writing set. I ended up returning the smart writing set.

As a planner it is fine. As a smart planner it was not quite what I expected. It did what was expected as in getting information into the calendar but it also would double up inputs, wouldn't allow deletions but is a beautiful design as a day to day planner.
