I received an email the same day of receiving the product indicating instruction and troubleshooting suggestions if problems occur. Unfortunately, we found the left controller would not charge and found the pins on the unit damaged. We reported the problem to the seller and they instantly sent a new replacement without hassle. The new one is working as advertised! Super easy setup and keeps everything well organized! Wish all customer service was this easy to work with! Highly recommended!

My daughter loves the charging station. It was packed nicely and all works as it should. I arrived a day earlier then it was supposed to. Would definitely buy again

Keeps everything organized and charged. It does have to be wiggled around a bit because the wrist strings keep it from setting correctly on the charging pins. If the charging pins were a little longer it probably wouldn’t be as much of a problem but I do like the way it keeps things organized.Now that it has been used a while it works even better …guess it has to be broken in.

It was great at first, but suddenly stopped charging the headset and remotes. It would light up but didn't actually charge anything. We made sure everything was on the dock correctly (it had worked for a couple months). I was hoping to exchange it but there's no option to do so on amazon anymore. It's a great idea and are hoping to try a new one again one day!
