It arrived on time. I have worn waist trainers before but in between buying one of a better quality I opted for this one. I am 5' 10" and weigh 165. I am fairly well proportioned and just looking for more of an hour glass shape underneath my clothes.This trainer does not do it for me. I ordered a large and had to fasten it to the last set of hooks. After walking about in it for a half hour it was a lot looser than when I put it on. Maybe a medium might have done better but I doubt. The boning is comfortable but not solid enough to give the cinching maximum effect. The material is nice but also not the type for the sort of cinching I wanted.Anyway it really just feels like I'm wearing a dress with a really large waist band or I have put on a large elastic belt. It holds u in a little but if u are looking for real waist cinching, this is not the one.On the plus side it arrived on time and looks the same as the picture.

I'm a size 18-20 female, bought a 3XL and it was perfect! I previously bought a different corset from Amazon which was twice the price, but this one I much prefer.Firstly, it's very stretchy, despite the metal spines in it. It's breathable with the material so it won't be as sweaty. Putting it on was a little strain, but I did one hook at the bottom, then the hooks top to bottom, and it felt great.I had to make it a 4 star rating because my belly wasn't completely flat BUT it was much smoother, so wearing close fitting clothing will look much smoother with no lumps to grip around. I tried it on after a long day at work, and it was very, very comfy. I could sit, bend and flex with it on. Seriously, it's the comfiest corset I've ever owned.For the price, I am certainly considering buying a second one. It didn't feel as 'damaging' to your insides as an ordinary corset. It shapes to you, though it doesn't suck your belly in, but it smooths the shape.Oh and to add, it was small enough to pack that the package fit through the letterbox! So yes, it's a holiday essential too.

I really wanted to try waist training and after doing my research, I started looking around. Many other cinchers/corsets are very expensive and for my first try, I didn't want to spend a lot of money so I ordered this. I ordered my first cincher on September 3rd in size XXL. I recommend getting one size smaller to what your measured size is and that's what I did.My first impression was that is was fairly comfortable, not restricting and allowed me to move freely. I liked the fact that it helped me with my back pains and improved my posture. I overall liked the support that it provided and it looked wonderful under clothes, instantly providing a slimmer appearance.Two weeks on, I was already on the last set of hooks on the cincher and it started to feel looser so I know I needed a smaller size, which was amazing as I knew it was working. Since then I've ordered another one and its only the 13th of October. So in a month and few days I went from a size XXL in the cincher to now a size Large. I only wear it for around 5-8 hours a day too.Im genuinely seeing real results with this product, especially paired with good diet and exercise. It boosts weight loss results as while wearing this product I have dropped a trouser size too which I have in the past struggled with while trying to lose weight :)So if you are thinking about waist training but don't want to spend a fortune, I 100% recommend this product.

I have been using "Everbellus Breathable Latex Corset Training Waist Cincher Women" various sizes from L/M and now will be buying S soon.I bought L a year ago and as others have mentioned the metal strips came out and started poking my skin. I managed and continue to wear it. I had started exercising and eating healthy since then. In March 2021 I bought the M size but to my shock in less than 2 month it ripped from the middle. Since this has become little big for me I will be buying the S size soon.The comfort fit, everything good, if only the manufacturer gets the quality right.I like the product but poor quality is letting it down and only read for my low star rating.

This is a great bit of shapewear for a really great price!The corset has three sets of hook and eye fastenings so you can adjust the circumference and fit, which allows for approx 1inch of adjustment from loosest to tightest. Don't think that the fastenings would sit very flat under tight fitting clothing, but it wasn't noticeable under the dress I purchased it for. It has soft, flexible boning that give it a nice shape and smooth finish and elasticated material with slits in for breathability.As other reviews have mentioned, it would benefit from being a little bit longer but I didn't have any unsightly or awkward bulges in other areas.I read a lot of reviews about sizing and as per the size chart information, I purchased the 2XL in the end and I wasn't disappointed. Unstretched, the corset is approx 28inches and it stretches out to around 40inches, possibly more, so this will hopefully help with any size queries. Although you may think its going to be tight when you first put it around you, once you get the hooks fastened, it's actually really comfortable to wear. Shapewear that's comfortable, unusual and amazing! :)I purchased the skin/beige colour but I'm now considering one in black, however, I will wait to see how this fairs after a few wears and washes.It's so far so good and gets my thumbs up, if my opinion changes, i'll update my review.
