Elegant, easy to clean and non-toxic
I love Scanpan. They are what I use most of the time. I found them in the first place because they are easy to clean and non-toxic. This is an elegant griddle that is so much easier to clean than my last one, which chipped and flaked regularly anyway.

Worth every penny
I've had lots of griddle pans and having bought this have given all others away. This is quite the best I've tried and as a professional cook that is praise indeed. Much easier to clean than others and lovely cross marking achieved which always make the result more enticing.
