It is more expensive than most, but I'm satisfied it is worth the coin.I am puzzled by the "with pillow cover" in the description. While this may be technically true, I put it inside a pillow cover that matches the other used by my partner. It would be silly to use it, otherwise.

The pillow is super comfortable. Prior to using it, I had really bad neck pain, and using it took the pain away the first night. It said that it helps with snoring.
