These are absolutely great. Much better than some others an electrician bought and used in our wardrobes. I fitted 3 of these to my son's wardrobes and they work great. You can cut the ends off and just use simple cable connectors to make the connections with your LED strip (with the proper LED strip connector) if the LED load end is further away from your sensor than the short amount of connection wire permits.You can use double-sided tape (like that used to keep number plates stuck to vehicles) to stick them in place, or use some small screws or tacks.You can change the light sensor level, also the motion sensor level and the length of time it stays on for, but I didn't need to do this. They seem to be set up about right, straight out of the box and don'r really need adjustment - just as well really, because you would need to take the back off to do it, which could be tricky.All worked really well, first time. Good value. Still working fine after 3 weeks! Hopefully they will keep on working.

i was quite surprised with these, they work very well with the led strip lights i got. the unit is small and neat. only sort of tricky bit is you have to crack open the case to make the necessary timing adjustments etc. Obviously you need to be careful here you dont break the case. i left the case off and did some testing before fitting it all back together. the timing, sensitivity etc is the usual small screws that you adjust. also its best to power off before you make these adjustments as its a small computer board.overall a good buy and works well. we put it in the downstairs bathroom as we the kids seem to think energy is something magic and free so now auto on and off, problem solved and also looks pretty good IMHO. the item is small and since (well in our case) its white with a white wall, it disappears. i guess the only small issue is the length of cable is short but have to say pleased with this product.

I wanted to create a new lighting situation in my kitchen, with a degree of automation. You can get the more expensive HUE style sensors, with the IFTT setups. But I wanted to try something a little different and hardwired.After some research I came across these. Over all I am pleasantly surprised with my purchase. It's a little fiddly to get the cover off to set the parameters (which is done using three small dials) so be careful not to break anything when removing the outer cover.When you have managed that little hurdle the small instruction card clearly outlines what you need to do to get these operational. I have them installed in no time (and I am a novice). It works really well with the LED lighting strips in my kitchen. I have attached it to the ceiling, which means that it now turns on by itself when I walk into the kitchen.The motion angle is okay. You will need to make sure you get it positioned correctly so that it doesn't turn off when someone is still walking around in the kitchen. I would say its the only slight downside to these (which prevented more stars).Thank you for reading.

Arrived this afternoon 10 minutes later I had changed my entrance hall from a very ordinary look to a nice warm glow that switches on when you enter from any door by just inserting this tiny Motion Sensor between the transformer of an LED strip & the strip, I set it to stay on for about 1 minute after no movement is detected.there are three adjusters on the back if you need to change anything, very easy to alter if you need to.I shall probably change the colour to blue in the summer to give a nice cooling effect.I shall shortly be ordering a second one to make the lighting come on under the kitchen cabinets.

It's a nice small PIR unit - easy to install - using it to control a set of 12v LED strip lights - and when activating - it does it very well - but the range is far less than specified - when set to maximum - I'm getting about 3m tops. Would be nice if the sensor just had a little more reach.

Unsure about this product, when setting up the sensor, delay etc it was hard to tell how far to turn. Then the product worked perfectly for 2/3 days, I was very impressed, and now it doesn't seem to work at all.

This just works like a charm. Might take a while to play around and calibrate the right settings for motion detection, light sensitivity and delay times but once all done this works very well. This is perfect for projects like underside bed led lighting in darker settings with motion detection.A tip to calibrate is to realise the screws are very sensitive. Try the min and max and slowly turn to get the degree of sensitivity. Once you get it, this is pretty handy to configure any light and motion sensitivity setting you want.

motion detection devise used to light up the stair way , works great although the setting are difficult to adjust as the slightest adjustment makes a big difference.
