This stuff works
So I was suddenly incredibly tired for a few months— I could not keep my eyes open after dinner. I was ready to go to bed like 6:30 or 7. I have no idea what went wrong or why this was happening. It came to me that maybe I need antioxidants or Polyphenols so I started looking on Amazon. I realized that I had a pack of this Navitas Berry blend in the cabinet so I just decided to take this one. I took 1 1/2 tsp. in a glass of water in the morning on an empty stomach. From the very first day I was able to now stay awake until 10. Not sure how or why it works, but I have really felt much better taking this. It’s been about a week or two and I’ve been ok. I will continue to take this for a while, I already purchased a second pack at Whole Foods when I was there.
