The media could not be loaded. Update: I was able to reach out to the company and after several messages back and forth and not being able to find a fix the company sent me a replacement heat press. They thought maybe I wasn't turning the knob on the back but turning the knob didn't make it any easier to swivel the top. It's not often these days that you find a company that goes above and beyond and stands behind their products. Because of their great customer service and their willingness to resolve the issue I updated my review from 1 star to 5 stars. Unfortunately with any product there will always be some that are defective but this company makes it right and makes sure you are happy. If you have a problem just be patient and give them time to resolve it.Unfortunately I can not give this product a good review. I ordered the 15×15 inch swing away because I had been using a clam shell style heat press for a few years and due to nerve damage in my shoulder I needed something easier to use. Sadly the machine is not easier as theres clearly a defect. It's a serious burn risk in fact because you literally need two hands to swing the top plate to the side and even then it is tight and doesn't swing with ease. I've seen videos of other peoples where the top plate easily swings to the side so there's clearly an issue with my machine. Also the mat itself came with a burn mark on it straight out of the box.I tried to reach customer service and their website wanted me to upload videos. The videos had to be under 30mb so I made a quick video under 30mb and still wasn't able to upload it and got error messages every time I tried which only frustrated me more. At that point I gave up because no one has attempted to reach out to me to help resolve the issue. I live in a 3rd floor apartment and lugging this machine back down 3 flights of stairs to send it back while having nerve damage in my shoulders doesn't make me happy but it seems like that's my only option. I then still have to hope that a new one won't be the same way.I will try to attach a video to show how difficult it is to swing the top plate out of the way. I would highly recommend going with a different machine. I dislike leaving 1 star reviews but people need to be aware of this issue before buying. I was only able to attach the shorter video to this review so I'm hoping people can see what I'm talking about.

As a first time shirt presser, I enjoy this machine. It works well, the temp is always spot on. Easy to use. It is a little heavy to move.

This is my second vevor heat press and they are great for the money.

I like it but idk why it turns off and on 🤷🏻‍♀️ but it does it’s job

It is a great product itself. The assembly instructions are rough though ( the English is not correct and things are miss said/spelled. Ex fat head, instead of flat head.) I will say though that if my fiance was not hear to her me put it together it would not work properly. The heating plate was miss aligned from the factory. And there was no way I could have turned the bolt in order to align it(he needed his tools in order to do it)(also this was not in the manual) but with that adjustment it is exactly as ordered.

Update: The company sent a replacement at no charge. It is currently working correctly and hasn't smoked or caught fire.I only gave this 1 star because 0 isn't an option. My 1st problem began when my press screwed itself into 1 position. Once my hubby was able to file down the grooves that had been made from the swiveling I was able to use it again. That happened in April after just 1 month of use. In June while working on a large order I noticed the temp settingkept hoping all over the place. Up down up down. It won't stay on the same setting. I have reset it multiple time and anytime I use it, it does the same thing. About 2 weeks ago I noticed the handle you swivel the press with was loose. There is no way to tighten this as it is screwed into the top where your heating plate it. Now 1 screw has competely come off and the other is so loose I'm can't use that handle, making it very hard to guide it around. The final straw was when it started smoking and buring from the white insulated wires that run from the control box to the heating plate. It was too hot to even touch. Needless to say I can't use it any longer due to possible fire hazard. I bought this product in February of 2019 and it arrived in March. We are now 7 months out and I can no longer use my faulty press and have to get a new one. DO NOT BUY THIS PRESS!!!

The first unit I received was frightful. Vevor customer service did an excellent job to make sure that my concerns were addressed, and that I ended up with a perfectly functioning unit! I am enjoying this product!

Going to give it an "okay" review. As others have noted, it does not heat to the edge, so keeping prints to under 10" it seems to work fine. Over 10" and the outer edges do not bond or barely do. As retail, I would not ship these barely bound prints. To resolve, you can slide the garment over and repress the edge, but then you over heat and burn the garment. Don't use teflon sheets, stay with parchment paper.
