My only problem with this product is - it’s not a heathy choice but neither are blocks gels or gue. please take in moderation. I only take 2 tablets that’s it. Never more then that ever. They do work- giving you a burst of energy quickly and it last . But you are taking a high dosage of DEXTROSE over time can lead to kidney, diabetes and heart failure. Plea. Take in moderation and not for long term use. For any pick me ups.

Good value for Money and a must at the bottom of every handbag I own in case of hypo.Taste ok, but I never eat them for that, so it’s not important to me.

These are found in every pocket, handbag and drawer in my house. Very good for giving you a quick top up of sugar if your levels are going low. With the see saw temperatures we have been having, my levels go up and down so rapidly I just have no idea it's going to happen. They taste fab, I take the lemon ones. Highly recommend

I'm a type 1 diabetic and I always have a packet of these on me incase of a hypo. Theyre the best thing I have found to control a low blood sugar. Great price too.
