Purchased to counter the effects of old age after reading research and hearing a UMIST professor commending senolytics forthe elderly. As someone with PD, I had been intrigued by a one-off case study of a dietician with PD who had reduced her symptoms through taking fisetin by eating large amounts of strawberries over several years. Latterly she reported that ODing on strawberries had caused her problems (skin flushing) and that she had switched to pharmaceutically harvested fisetin without an harmful side effects. As I have Parkinson's induced swallowing difficulties, I take one a day with a small amount of yoghurt at breakfast. I find that since taking them my thinking is sharper and I cope with my PD symptoms better.

I've been taking these Liposomal Fisetin + Quercetin 1200mg softgels for a few weeks now, and I must say, I'm impressed with the results. My energy levels have increased, and I feel more focused throughout the day. The liposomal delivery system seems to enhance the absorption, making the supplement even more effective.

Bought this Fiesitn with Quercetin supplement to support longevity goals, but obviously that is a long term effect that I can't comment on yet. The capsules are easy to swallow and seem to be a good strength dose. I think I will keep taking these as I am already seeing some unexpected benefits.
