They do last for around a week, if used every night, but with care can last 2 weeks, until they get a bit screwed up

They are much better than the original pads supplied with my machine
They are much better than the original pads supplied with my machine. Easier to handle but tend to dry out a bit when not in use.

Be careful of postage costs.
Be careful when buying. As they were cheap I ordered 5 sets but ended up paying £9.95 for postage, which I am not happy about at all.
