This product isn’t working I have bought this item before with no problem but this one is not working and I can’t retur

Too big and bulkyWant to return it but unable to do through Amazon and can’t get to the supplier.

Helped a bit but battery didn't last long

Not a bad product, I got this to act as a temporary hearing aid before I get my actual ones in a couple of weeks.It’s a bit bigger than the standard NHS hearing aid, but I can wear it with my glasses and I’m only small.You get what you pay for, it does come with 2 batteries but they are old and stopped working within a few days, so you’ll need to get some batteries as well. Overall it does the job and helps with my hearing loss.

My son ordered this for a work friend. She is deaf and was eager to try it out. Anyway was well pleased and kept the hearing aid. Glad to help. Very easy to use, really pleased when she tried it out. Loved it.

Whilst it does amplify sound, it would not fit comfortably on Mum's ear. There appears to be no way of adjusting it to make it fit any better.She won't wear it.

The instruction on the box says it is not intended for the hearing impaired.This device is a complete waste of money. Hardly any amplification. The little amplification is overwritten by the 'air flow noise' ('airflow noise' is Operation Manual words not my description).
