I did the install for this radio myself and it was a bit tricky connecting all the wires (as would ANY aftermarket radio be) but it was definitely doable! I actually forgot to connect the radio antenna cable and had to go back and do that. Once everything was connected this radio works wonderfully! The steering wheel controls are easy to map, the radio starts up quickly (I gpot the 8gx128g versiona with Android 12), the sound is great and the freedom and possibilities offered with an android radio are very exciting. Also, so far haven't had any problems with the GPS nor the WiFi connection. Overall, everything seems very solid....again this is all assuming the install was done properly.Customer support was also very helpful, it is a foreign number, so I recommend using WhatsApp to communicate.Assuming you aren't going to be doing soldering, you will also want to pickup some crimp wire connections or something like that because they aren't included with the radio.

I purchased this head unit in October 2023. When the unit works, it does 90% of what it's supposed to do -- navigation, radio, YouTube, backup camera display etc, minus steering wheel control. However, there is a critical design flaw in the product: the LCD display is extremely temperature sensitive and will not turn on at all when the ambient temperature goes above 60 to 70F, even if the unit is shielded from direct sunlight. This issue happens to me on two brand new units --- my original purchase as well as the replacement unit. This is a critical flaw because it renders the whole setup unusable --- no back-up camera display, no navigation, can't turn on/off the radio. When contacting the seller for support (via Whatsapp), the communication went well for only one month and then abruptly stopped, despite me repeatedly sending follow-ups on issues that remain unresolved. Poor customer support and very unprofessional.

I like the look, feel, and sound of this unit. It’s got some quirks, but it works. Nice screen.However, their support is really poor.I recommended the CUSP 4GB/64GB to a colleague and installed it for them. I noticed the software was much better with my colleague’s unit.I asked CUSP support for the upgrade for my unit and have nothing but frustration to report.The first link sent was broken.The second link sent expired quickly and was not available.The content of the third link was corrupt.All three links were different and none of them worked.I’ll update this poor review if their support group gets this resolved.UPDATE: The finally sent me a link that worked a week after I posted this 2-star review above. I was able to get the latest software downloaded and installed on the unit. Unfortunately, the update did not include some of features desired from the later version of the unit. Oh well. I still have the unit and it sounds great and it looks good in my dash. Much happier.

I love this radio. I wasn't expecting much but I was blown away by this radio. The cpu ram combination is enough to keep it responsive without it freezing or stuttering. The sound is great. I haven't found an app I couldn't install from Google Playstore. I have reached out to tech support via whatsapp and they do respond and are very helpful. This is a great radio at a great price!!!!!

It’s been less then half a year and this radio was and still is amazing but just recently this started happening and a quick reboot is a temporary fix

It's a gd radio i dont like that when u connect to wifi it works for two minutes then disconnects and it dont have video output

I have tried many screens before this one .. absolutely this is the best... super fast, all options working properly and great customer service... recommend for anyone looking for a car screen
