Just love the coconut flavour this essence give to my baked cheesecakes etc.

Used this for coconut sponge , only one I found that actually gave sponge a coconut flavour , it is expensive though

Flavour - the missing ingredient
Don't be fooled by the word "flavour". This is a SCENT. On opening, the aroma of coconut was rich and full. I used it the next day and as per the instructions to avoid heat I added a few drops to some natural yoghurt. Which promptly went in the bin after one foul taste. And I do NOT discard food lightly believe me! It tastes like sun tan oil and to be honest having been open for a few hours the bottle smells pretty much like sun tan oil... without the fond memories of an actual holiday being triggered. It's chemicals and it tastes like chemicals - ones that probably shouldn't be ingested.

I would say ok but not much coconut flavour a slight hint of coconut. Maybe i didnt use enough dont no will use again but add an extra ts.
