It’s slow growing but definitely worth the wait! My lawn looks amazing. I levelled it and seeded it 8 weeks ago today after having a new patio laid and the garden getting trampled in the process! The birds stole half of it so I seeded again approx 4 weeks ago to fill in some gaps. It looks like it’s not doing much for a few weeks then it goes wild 🤣 Results speak for themselves I guess. Bought more to tackle a small patch at the front of my house!

This is a proper, quality mix which is slow to germinate, nothing at all for at least 2-3 weeks, then lush green grass. I've just ordered some more to re-seed some areas. First of all there are a lot of 1 star reviews but seriously, you need to be patent and take care and attention to grow grass from seeds, it's not like just buying turf and sticking it down. If you read a review that says the grass didn't grow, when did they plant it? Last week? ha! In January? Ha! Weeks ago but have not watered it (in the driest April and May in history). Well yeah, of course it didn't grow and what did they honestly expect. Yes the seeds are small, dry and dead looking but this is what grass seeds look like.

Took a chance on this grass seed as I’m fed up with wasting money on seed from the usual outlets that promise ‘guaranteed’ results. Even the supposedly trusted names would produce pitiful results. Anyways I have this pantry and although it took a few days, the shoots eventually appeared. I left them for a week or two, allowing them to grow and putting up with a very untidy garden but when I did cut it, I was amazed to see lush thick growth. Will definitely order this again.

Just did the get going. I seed molehills every year at the same time and usually there's no issue. Maybe the weather was the cause. Nicely packed and smelled fresh seed.

Outstanding beautiful thick healthy lawn. I bought this seed as my garden was stripped bare and topsoiled to level. The weather was perfect, rained heavily, dry, rain humid, sunny. Results are just beautiful.Be warned though, the birds LOVE it. In fact so much so I now have a chronically obese wild pigeon who has gotten so fat I don't know if it just can't fly or if it thinks I'm it's service provider of seed poor wee guy, but he's living his best lush grass life and that one patch he won't let grow.Update: fat pigeon is now banned from the bare square patch as I bought more seed and put pallets over the top to protect them. Hopefully it grows at thick as the rest 😌

Bought this as my usual seed wasn’t available. Used these on some bare patches of lawn. First grass seed I’ve ever used where I couldn’t see any new growth…. When I opened the bag the seeds looked aged and many looked hollow so suspected they might not do well but thought I might get at least some signs of life after almost three weeks. Very disappointing, waste of time and money.

Healthy looking grass within 2 weeks. It's around 3cm long so far. My dogs constantly plodding over it and it still comes back up.
