Love this product! Yes it comes folded. Yes it's is wrinkled and not laying flat when you get it. I have a hand held steamer and used it to flatten the Mat. I steamed it on both sides while pressing on it to help it flatten.It only took a few minutes and worked beautifully. You can see in the pic the line where it was folded but its laying flat. Leave it flat or store it rolled in the bag and you're good to go!

I bought this before I read the reviews so I was a bit concerned but I received it today and so far, I am pleased with it. It did indeed come folded up but the creases seem to smooth out fairly quickly. I rolled it around a tube to speed up the process. The tote bag is huge and rather cheaply made. The extra space can be used for the mahjong racks that the majority of people play with these days but I do wish the material was of better quality. I have not used the mat yet so my review may or may not change. The mat itself seems to be of good quality (I bought the red one). Delivery was fast.

The mat helps with moving tiles and keeping sound down. The quality is not as good as one I previously bought. It comes folded and there are cracks on the fold. My other one was rolled and in perfect shape. Design is lovely, as is the color.

Looks nice but the sides are fuzzing up already making it look really cheap. Even though it’s playable, you can tell it was made with cheap material and cheaply made. Not what I expected

My majhong pad came today. It was folded. I steamed it with my iron with a cloth over it. It took all the folds out and is perfect. Although I haven’t played with it yet. I will on Tuesday.
