Vampire Salt (Black Hawaiian Garlic Salt with Aleppo Pepper) by Crimson and Clove (5.2 oz.)

This is without a doubt my favorite steak seasoning of all time.

We used this awesome combination of aleppo pepper, smoked salt, and garlic to season a couple of NY strips with and it was PERFECT! It was a bit coarse, which would be fine for many applications, but for our purposes we just "mortar and pestled" it down to a finer grain and we were good to go. Good stuff.

Phenomenal flavor! I used the vampire salt to season 2 1 inch thick cowboy pork chops and skillet seared them, then finished them in the oven. Other than a little olive oil, I added nothing else to mar or enhance the flavor. The chops came out beautifully with a savory and unique flavor that I've never experienced before! Excellent product! I highly recommend purchasing this seasoning.Small con: my initial order got lost in the USPS system. However, the sellers quickly shipped me another once I made them aware of the issue.

I use 1/8 tsp on my servings and it really adds a lot of flavor.

If you love garlic this is definitely the seasoning for you! Perfect amount of salt and garlic flavor. It is a little chunkier than your standard seasoning so if you want it finer, use a mill. Great product!

I ordered this for my husband for his birthday, but due to COVID and USPS delays it arrived late. I contacted Crimson and Clove and they were AMAZING! They right away attempted to locate my package making several calls to the post office on my behalf and even called me directly to apologize and seek an acceptable remedy. In the end I received the package. A few weeks later my husband received a few new sample salts as an apology and gift for his birthday! Wow! You just don’t see customer service like that anymore!!! I recommend their salts and their company to anyone!
