Q: Is chain sterling silver

Sure is! Chain looks delicate, but is actually pretty sturdy. I'm very hard on my jewelry and never take most of it off..... and this necklace (both chain and pendant) STILL looks like new. I'm also real big on perfume, hairspray, lotions, oils, etc...... and necklace shows NO sign of damage or wear. But yes, the chain is .925 also! Take great care and enjoy!

Q: can i wear it while in water? i ordered the sterling silver one and i want to know if it will ruin it

We recommend removing your sterling silver jewelry before showering. If you do wear it in the shower make sure to dry it immediately with a soft cotton cloth. Do not wear it in salt or chlorinated water as this can damage silver.
