I know that what I am about to say is heresy, BUT I use this instead of fresh lemon juice for several reasons. 1. It is always available and usable without over-ripening or rotting. 2. It uses the whole lemon without the bitterness of the white pith and is therefore somewhat healthier. 3. lts taste is so close to fresh that it is indistinguishable in most cases, particularly when cooking. (There may be instances when taste can be better with fresh, but for me, the convenience outweighs these few occurrences.)

Love the taste and potency the lime powder. I make pico de gallo frequently. But usually only have fresh limes on hand when I think about it. The other items are usually staples in my pantry. The only reason it is not a 5 star is it came clumppy, before I opened it. It dissolved easily if I didn't use the clumps. I'm going to try a spice grinder. Gave it a nice strong crisp taste. It didn't take much. Disappointed, but would buy again. I haven't tried the lemon yet. The lemon came clump free.

Very lemon taste, very fresh and finely powdered so it dissolved as soon as it hits food or liquids. Used to make my own seasoning blend but could easily be used to spice up drinking water or add the distinct lemon scent and flavor to anything. Good value size bag should last a while.

I love this lemon powder and I planned to use it for a lemon lavender shortbread cookie recipe. I wanted to try my Mom's lemon lavender shortbread recipe as a gluten-free, sugar alternative, healthier recipe, which would have worked out well, and I was going to do a lemon honey glaze over the top of the shortbread cookies/biscuits, but I will have to do that later when I am feeling better because, for the first time attempting this recipe, I used way too much of this lemon powder. Therefore, I am saving the crumbs and what I made of the shortbread recipe as crumbles in the freezer to use for later for other items to bake or cook since there is no need to waste anything, and what was made will work for other things. This lemon powder really packs a seriously strong lemon punch, so I will have to adjust the recipe, which is fine because it just means using less than what I would normally use for this particular recipe. This lemon powder is great not just for baking, but a very small amount in hot water with honey or a bit of allulose sugar alternative, and just one dash of cyanine pepper or something a little spicey for tea can help immensely with a cold or flu. I ended up with a flu bug, and so did my son, James, so mixing this lemon powder with some hot water in a teacup really helps, I have also used it with a cinnamon tea blend. There are so many uses for this, and what I bought in one package has lasted quite a long time. I have used it a bit in hot cereal and other things requiring lemon. I am buying more soon to keep in stock on my pantry shelves. I will probably use the rest of the bag I have for my homemade teas to get over this flu until more arrives. Taste like real lemon.

I purchased the ORGFUN Lemon Powder hoping for a natural, tangy lemon flavor to enhance my daily water intake and recipes, but I was deeply disappointed. The powder tastes overwhelmingly like a chemical cleaning product, not fresh lemons. It’s unpleasant, and for me, is unusable for cooking or beverages.To make matters worse, the seller does not offer refunds. This “no refunds” policy feels deceptive and leaves buyers stuck with a subpar product.I strongly advise against purchasing ORGFUN Lemon Powder. The awful taste and lack of a refund option make this a risky buy. Save your money and look for a better alternative elsewhere.
