This was a great buy. The instructions were not very clear on what size hole to drill. I tried a 3/16” bit but the hole was too small so I opened the holes up with a 1/4” bit and then it was too big for the wall plugs that came with it. Luckily, I had some other wall plugs that had a shoulder on them so they wouldn’t fall through the hole. Install the studs onto the number, slide the stainless steel collar on and then use a rubber hammer to tap into place.The numbers look great and are very visible from the street. A great buy!

These look great and are exactly as I expected! I was able to hang them in less than a half hour and have very little experience doing this kind of thing. I started by taping the templates together and then taping them on the wooden post (making sure they were level and centered), I drilled through the template holes using a 1/8 bit first then a 5/32 bit. I used the shorter screws and did not need the anchors. I secured a paper towel around my hammer and used it to tap the screws into the holes on my post.

I used these 6 inch numbers to display my numbers. The screws that came with the numbers are cheap and it was really hard to mount because they are dowel screws. The numbers are hollowed out. We ended up buying a different type of screw and also adding glue to the numbers to secure them. Since putting them up on our house, we have got so many compliments!! The color and size are perfect!!!

Really unexpectedly nice quality for the price. The size was bigger than I expected so I ended up returning for something else (which is my fault I didn’t measure my area outside first) but it definitely looks good!

Nice quality and good looking numbers. A bit of a hassle to install but no screw holes are showing so that's good. You have to drill pilot holes then bang it in.. Make sure you cover it first with some cardboard or wood and then bang it in or it will get scuffed up. Clearly able to read from the street. Nice color. Heavy duty .

The only things I saw about what hole size to drill for the anchors was 1/8th inch, and I new that didn’t feel right based off how thick the anchors were but I just went with what I read and sure enough after meticulously lining everything up on a jig predrilling the jig mounting the jig to the wall using 1/8” masonry bits (that I had to special order) and then to finally find out the holes were too tight for the anchors… I was a bit shook, but then I just took the screws and hammered them in anchorless cuz they seemed to be snug enough to go in tapcon style and sure enough they did hold pretty firm this way. Still I think i could have had better micro adjustment power if I used the proper anchors but it was too late for that,All in all I’m pretty happy with it but the sinking feeling I felt realizing the holes were too small constitutes a star deducted.
