i was styling my hair using it and i could hear crackling noises and it stopped workingwhen i turned it on again there was smoke coming out again and there was a burnt smellvery unsatisfied with the quality of the product

The product is fine😑
But if nouse for me cause the wire is so small in length that u have to stand at a 1 hand distance from the socket andddd... The the product plug is also loose in my socket that it continuous falls while using i dont really recommend this... But i am fully statisfied with the alan truman brush which has a long wire and a perfct product.

Very bad quality…a plastic burning smell is coming everytime we use it….heavyhairfall…harsh texture for hair…very bad quality
