I have only been taking this Tablet for 4 days so I am not in a position to give any comments but I did rate it 5 for it's ease to Swallow and the environment friendly packaging .

Good packaging, I like how small the tablets are so they are easy to swallow. Good 4 months supply. One a day, I have only just started taking them so cannot really comment on how they perform. It will be interesting to see when I next go for a blood test.
