Makes your back feel great
I can not do the upside down inversion table and found this lay down style. It is wonderful to be able to stretch my neck and back and decompress my discs. Would recommend this product to everyone with back issues.

Too light weight for the USA male
I was very disappointed with this product because the purchase information was misleading. It was not noted that the user could only weigh about 110 pounds maximum. Too bad.

The unit is great but plan on buying better Harness and straps
The support pads and straps that come with the unit are barely suitable for the trash can. The unit itself is great but had to buy better support pads and straps. The supplied straps are a pain to deal with, don't hold tension, do not fit the body good and are very clumsy and uncomfortable.

Stay away From this product
To start with, The product came without instructions. I was lucky I found a u tube video which showed me how to assemble it. I did assemble it with my wife in about 2 hours Without much problem. Then our problems started. The harness an straps also came without instructions an were impossible to figure out. The product can’t be used without the hip harness an straps, which makes it useless. After receiving 12 decompression treatments at a chiropractor with some success I was looking for a home product to decompress my lumbar, I thought this product would meet my needs. My only option is the figure out another hip harness system as it can’t be returned after it’s unboxed. I wish I would have read reviews before purchasing.
