Q: My chair pads are very similar to the one you have pictured but is approx. 19.5 inches measuring the top of the arm pads. Do you think this will fit?

If your arm is 13 inches it should be a great fit. My arm was 16 inches and it was a really tight fit and does not completely cover the sides due to the stretch. With this said they do stay on well and make a big difference in comfort if your arms are beginning to dry and crack. Hope this helps.

Q: My armerest are 19 long and 3 wide, will these still fit?

Personally, I think you would have a hard time getting them onto the arms of your chair and they may not fit. The arms of my chair are approximately 15 inches long and they are 3 inches at the front edge and I stretched them about as far as I would want to in getting them on. I did not use the extra foam padding that comes with them (I think that is intended for chairs that have shorter arms to keep the covers from being too loose). However, they may work depending on how much of a curve there is to the arms of your chair. On mine, there was loose fabric on the sides which I tucked under the arm before reattaching it to the body of my chair. Being looser on the sides seemed odd as they were nice and taught at the ends of the arms on my chair.
