It totally smears does not dry. Don’t know why they say it’s a long lasting color because it’s not. I put it on and even after 5 minutes it was still wet and it does smear. I do not recommend this product at all. After 10 minutes I wiped my fingers across my lips it still wasn’t dry and yes it smeared.

Bought these several years ago. For cheap makeup they’re pretty good, just keep in mind that they are cheap lipsticks. Can’t expect too much at that price. Smell is nice but the makeup itself dries your lips. The color was as advertised. Just don’t expect it to be the same quality as maybe L’Oréal.
