No fresh win 11 install
The laptop came with a win 11 upgrade from win 10. Still had a friggin 30 gb old windows folder on it! Acer said the retailer did it, Thanks a lot ProPrime. It should have had a fresh win 11 install, now I have to do it. Can not recommend this seller at all!

Replacement parts can't be found
I love this laptop in a lot of ways but the charger has had a problem since I bought it from a different seller (who has now disappeared) on Amazon 5 months ago. It is very loose in the power socket and disconnects at the slightest bit of movement or jostling. I currently have it taped in with electrical tape which is only a so-so solution since heat from the laptop makes the tape lose grip periodically. I have been looking all morning for a replacement charger and I cannot find a replacement for this model anywhere. I'm not even sure if a new charger would fix it, but I thought it might be worth a try. Anyway, I'm beginning to wonder if it's a counterfeit product. I don't think I'd buy it again because this had really become a huge annoyance. Other than that, it's been a pretty good gaming laptop.
