Perfect/exact same device as Simply Safe website sells. Using Amazon is faster and easier at pretty much the same price. I’m a happy camper. Works great. I recommend the device. Easy to use and install. Durability is great, never had one fail. I bought the at this point to add onto my existing alarm. Connect as per alarm system instructions - quick and easy.

the actual product works great and serves its purpose. the adhesive on the other hand is terrible! it is a double sided tape that is not durable. i cleaned the area on my door with the alcohol pad provided before sticking it on and it stayed for a couple hours. after that the adhesive gave out and prompted my alarm to sound at 5 am. I suggest ordering some 3M adhesive or something along those lines.

This spacer fit my Simplisafe sensor perfectly, it does exactly what I needed it to do. Unfortunately, the adhesive is terrible. I installed these on two doors and both fell off instantly. I would definitely recommend to the seller that they upgrade to 3M double-sided tape.

They work great

Installed as per the instructions. Fell off in the middle of the night, triggering the sirens and a phone call from the alarm company. This was a total waste of money and the cause of a ruined night’s sleep. Don’t buy it.

I purchased this to go with my simple safe alarm system. I live in an older home and needed the riser for my door. Easy to install.

We recently sold our house and moved into a rental while we built a new house. I took my Simplisafe system with me and installed most of it in the rental but had a door off the master bedroom and a door off the dining room both opening outside to the back patio. As you can see in the picture there is more than a 2 inch depth on these doors. I was unable to mount the sensors until I bought these spacers. They work perfect. Hopefully they will stay up for the time we are in here but for right now this is a cheap 5 star investment if you have recessed doors like this. Great product.
