I ordered No. 20 and the seller sent No. 3. That doesn’t work in a moka espresso maker. The grind is too fine. The item is not returnable or refundable. Luckily their email address was on the invoice in the box and I reached out. They sent me the correct item free of charge and a gift card to their store. Thank you!

Discovered this brand at the Milan airport returning to New York. I had chosen a more well-known brand to bring home, but a sales person at Duty Free recommended Pellini as even better. We've been delighted with it. Excellent robust flavor for espresso and cappuccino and not as bitter as other brands.

The Pellini #20 is wonderful, robust yet sweet. The natural coffee foam that it makes is delightful. I have been brewing this for about two years, it never disappoints
