So, there is a very strong odor of alcohol in the bottle upon opening. I thought maybe the smell would dissipate after a few weeks of taking these, but they still have a rather rank smell. Hard to take a vitamin that smells strongly of chemicals.

I bought this because the iron and vitamin C combo helps with iron absorption, and my iron levels have been good since I started taking it.

This supplement is my daily dose of confidence. The size isn’t to big & they are easy to swallow. I love that it has iron too because this is something I personally struggle keeping at normal levels without supplementation. You only need to take one tablet daily so it’s easy to be consistent. Definitely a great way to support your immune system!

The pills are on the larger side, but not super hard to swallow and they don't smell strong, there's a faint grainy smell, but nothing revolting. I think it's because there's iron in them, hence the smell. Overall, it is a good product, and seems to work, if taken consistently.
