Carnauba Wax Flakes
These Carnauba Wax Flakes came as advertised. They were very carnauba like, very waxy and very flakey. While you could eat Carnauba Wax Flakes, don’t confuse them with Frosted Flakes breakfast cereal. They won’t have the same flavor nor nutritional value. Great for wood working and making a wax mix for coating your lathe deck as well as other tool deck surfaces. This helps prevent rust as well as ensuring a smooth, lowered friction surface to work on.

Good quality wax flakes.
I have had nothing but good experiences with the carnuba flakes. They melt consistently and there is no dirt or debris so they’ve filtered these really well. I use it in my wood wax recipes and I’ll buy more from this brand.

Excellent for Your Own Homemade Paste Wax
I was shocked to learn that they were charging $65 a pint for paste wax. So I looked up the recipe, bought the components and made my own. 4 parts Canuba wax, 3 parts linseed oil and 1 part paint thinner. Placed ingredients in a mason jar. Placed in a double boiler. And Boiled it for 1/2 hour outside (This is flammable and produces vapors, so don't do what I did.) Makes an excellent paste wax for furniture, cars and tools!!! Ingredients cost about $6 a pint.

Good clean wax
Nothing but good clean pure wax. The flake format makes weighing and melting small amounts easy. No apparent residues or impurities. Top stuff for wood and shoe polishes.

Very nice quality
I use this mixed with beeswax and mineral oil to finish my newly made cutting boards and wood turnings. It makes a very soft sheen that lasts longer than normal products.

Smells great!
The wax heats up melts well it's been very useful and polishing things thus far. The bank had a little tear in it but I don't think much fill out in the box and it was probably just due to other s*** back in the box so not their fault really. A good wax none the less
