I love this light fixture. It has a very nice look to it. The materials seem to be of good quality and the size is fantastic. Installation was very easy. The written instructions were a little confusing, but they contained a QR code to a video that was very helpful. I had this light installed in under 30 minutes.Unfortunately, the fabric shade around the fixture was too thick which resulted in uneven lighting around my living room. The corner of the room (less than 10 feet away) was dark, while the area directly under the light was too bright. I think this fixture would work much better in a house with taller ceilings. For reference, my ceilings are 8ft.

I love the wood accents on the top and the finial. I had an older globe light that was dim and making the shower/toilet area look yellow and dull. This brightened it up and added a beautiful touch of modern. There are three outlets for bulbs. I tried out 40 watt bulbs in both a "daylight" bulb and a soft white bulb. I went with the soft white and ended up using all three bulbs which I thought would be too bright but it wasn't. I read that since the fixture had a frosted glass filter that the bulbs should be clear and not frosted. That was completely untrue. I ended up returning the clear bulbs because they were way too bright for my taste and going with regular white bulbs. It's a great light. Very impressed!It would have been a breeze to install if the original electricians that build the house wouldn't have cut the hole too large. We had to get longer screws but that's not the fault of this light. Just maybe be prepared with longer screws of the same threading in case you run in to a similar issue.

This is great-looking flush mount light. Like its 15" counterpart, it accommodates three bulbs, so it gives off a lot of light. Installation was tricky, though. It's really difficult to line up the mounting plate to the lamp. You get two metal tubes to assist, but I still needed another set of hands. The "wood grain" effect isn't great. It looks good; it just doesn't look like wood. I'd recommend it with a two-person install. Otherwise, the 15" light is a great alternative.

This replaced our old kitchen light fixture. It is excellent quality for the price! I love that the light filter is frosted glass and not plastic, while the shade is a off-white fabric. The shade color is warm, inviting, modern and the metal is high quality.There is a video on installation on the Amazon site, this was very helpful! Also it came with metal type straw guides for ease of installing the mounting brackets.Two things to consider when installing is the seam placement on the shade (in picture) and bulb type selection. The seam doesn't bother me but may bother some. Also, you can slightly see the bulbs when turned on and off but the diffuser does a good job. I love using Kasa led warm light smart bulbs (mine are at 65%), I tried some 3000k LEDs and they were way too bright! With smart bulbs, you can adjust to the perfect brightness.Instal tip: wear some clean plastic gloves during shade and glass handling, then you won't end up with finger prints and any staining of the shade.

Was easy to assemble and install.Beautiful and stylish MCM reproduction.Have received many compliments.

A bit of a pain to install but once is up it looks gorgeous. Diffuser is real glass not the chip plastic.

We moved into a new townhouse and swapped out all of the lighting in our living areas/hallways with Revel brand lighting. We used two of the Revel Nolan 18" Drum Chandelier in the foyer areas (using only the 6" height stem) and one over a landing in our stairway (using the 36" height stem). We used the Revel Lindos 20" Double Drum Chandelier (using the 36" height stem) over our dining room table. We also used two of the Revel Walker 15" flush mount lights in hallways. The combination of these lights really compliment each other, with an open townhouse layout this was really important because you can see the lighting in several different rooms at the same time so we wanted everything to "go together" (we used Canarm Margo pendants for over the island and the Progress Lighting Contemporary Brushed Nickel bath lights in bathrooms and everything goes together beautifully). All of the Revel Drum Chandeliers were simple to assemble, wiring and mounting were the same as any other lights. We are running them with 40w LED lights (some with dimmers, some without...) with no issues. They all look very nice, while pricing drum chandeliers I noticed that you could spend several hundred dollars on each one, and looking at these after we installed them you would not be able to tell that they are basically "cheap" ones. I would recommend them. My only complaint would be that the Styrofoam that protects them in their large boxes is not recyclable, so in our case when you buy several of these lights at the same time (5 in total) the Styrofoam completely filled up our large garbage bins for 2 weeks straight which was frustrating because then we had absolutely no room to fit any other garbage in them during that time.
