I've bought and returned several sets of face paint crayons for my kids. These are the real deal. They're easy to apply, comfortable to wear, wash off cleanly. They’re not oily, they don't stain clothing. They do come off if you rub it but it doesn't leave a huge oily mess. The pigment on the darker colors is better than the light ones but I'm happy with it. The crayons are pretty wide so it's hard to get good details, but you can rub them with a brush and apply it that way. The brush that comes with the set works for that - it's stiff and angled.Great for Halloween or for children, definitely not professional quality or good for regular stage makeup. I wish the set had a dark blue included.

I bought this set of face paint to use for a Halloween costume. I used to use face paint from a different brand, but while it applied smoothly to my face, it didn't come off smoothly.Having read how easy it was to apply and remove, I immediately purchased this set and did not regret my purchase.There is a wide array of colors, and they are in marker-like containers - making application a snap. This also allows for better precision. I had no problem painting my face and getting the results I had in mind.I dressed up and people loved my costume. I noticed that this paint dried very quickly. This was useful, because I would accidentally touch my face, but there was no smearing. Neither did it cause my skin to break out or cause any annoying itchiness.I came home and then wondered how easy it would be to remove the paint. I wet a paper towel, wiped it across my face, and, like magic, the colors vanished! It took me under 5 minutes to remove all the paint.This is my preferred set! Will undoubtedly be using it again next year! If you want face paint with vibrant colors that is easy to apply and remove, then look no further.

It's ok for kids playing at home. Nit pigmented enough for a facepainting party, especially not for theatre makeup unless layering with powder and more cream pigment.

Bought for my cheer team! It easily comes off with a wipe or wet cloth. Doesn’t stain the skin and amongst 20 kids we’ve had no reactions or skin issues! Also comes clean with some stain remover if it gets on clothes

Super easy to use, bright colors, and lasted all day at school without any touch ups. This picture is from the end of the day, 9 hours after putting it on for book character day (A Bad Case of Stripes was my book.) After school it washed right off with no staining.
